The Simon & Garfunkel Story
Sat 30. March 2024 / 8 pm / Großer Saal
The original tribute show from London’s West End is finally also coming to Wuppertal in the spring of 2024!
In loving homage, the celebrated tribute show faithfully reproduces the characteristic sound of Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel on stage and takes the audience on a journey through time and the career of the likeable but also reflective folk rock stars, with hits such as “The Sound of Silence”, “Bridge Over Troubled Water” and “Mrs. Robinson”. An evening with the folk rock legends!
At the heart of the moving and musically outstanding e vening are songs that continue to inspire people to this day with their unmistakably poetic nature. The two lead singers bear a striking resemblance to their idols and perform their work together with the nine members of their band with great respect and talent. The show takes us from the musical beginnings of the two young New Yorkers via their incredible success as one of the bestselling bands of the 1960s through to their split in 1970. The highlight of the concert is the legendary reunion concert in Central Park in 1981 attended by more than half a million fans.
Large-format projections with carefully selected photo and video material capture the spirit of the time and recreate some of the special moments of the Simon & Garfunkel success story on stage.

Parking Flat Day Rate

Make use of our flat day rate for parking. It only costs 4 euros.
