Compassion and brotherly love are quite alien to hard-hearted Mr Scrooge. Christmas does not mean anything to him either. The old miser considers it to be nothing more than a waste of time and money until the ghost of his business partner Jacob Marley appears to him one night. Helped by three other ghosts, Marley wants to save Scrooge from a terrible fate and make him a better person. An orchestral tale by Henrik Albrecht for orchestra and three narrators based on the work by Charles Dickens.
